Commanding Officer (CO)

The CO is the Leader of =THE= both a figurehead and a Commander of the Gaming Force.

Function:To sort out the problems of the Gaming Force both internal and external, keep the Gaming Force together and keep moral up and Decision maker (has to try to be fair and impartial as possible).

Votes allowed:- All except votes about the CO.
– Has the casting vote in the event of a tie. 

Powers:- Can promote and demote XO’s and MO’s.
– Can promote Troopers to VETERAN Status.
– Can promote Recruits to Troopers (without a vote)
– Can veto any decision.
– Can recruit and dismiss.
– Chair Person of the Officers Circle/Council.

Notes:The CO’s rulings can be overruled by a vote where 75% of the relevant/affected group votes against the CO’s ruling.

Executive Officer (XO)

The XO is in command of the Squad. 

Function:To sort out the problems of the Squad with the help of the CO, keep squad cohesion and moral, a decision maker ( has to try to be fair and impartial as possible) and helps their MO with match organisation.

Votes allowed:- All except votes about the XO.

Powers:- Can promote and demote MO’s.
– Can recruit.
– Organises and chooses Matches.
– A member of the Officers Circle/Council.

Match Officer (MO)

The MO is in charge of match organisation for the Squad. 

Function:To assist XO in sorting out the problems of the Squad , help keep squad cohesion and moral, act as XO in his/her absence and with the help from the XO organise Squad challenges and matches

Votes allowed:- All except votes about the MO.

Powers:- Organises Matches and challenges.
– Can recruit.
– A member of the Officers Circle/Council.

Veteran 

Grizzled battled hardened soldiers, Status appointed by CO.

Function:To have Fun, train, turn up for matches/training sessions as often as possible and to help train and teach other squad members.
To uphold the honour and good name of =THE=.

Votes allowed:- All except votes about the Veteran.

Powers:- A member of the Officers Circle/Council. 

Trooper 

The Backbone of =THE=. Status given by CO or by vote.

Function:To have Fun, train and turn up for matches/training sessions as often as possible 
To uphold the honour and good name of =THE=.

Votes allowed:- All except votes about the Trooper and votes open only to the Officer Circle/Council.

Recruit 

Position held by people new to =THE=. Can be bypassed and recruit can be promoted to Trooper by CO or after trial period by vote

Function:To have Fun, train hard and turn up for matches/training sessions as often as possible 
To uphold the honour and good name of =THE=.

Votes allowed:- All votes opened to recruits.
